Account Management and Google Drive

The Account Management System offers an optional cloud storage integration with Google Drive through the application portal at https://acc.myglobalcenter.com/. By enabling this integration, you agree to the following terms:

• Authorization: Users must explicitly authorize Google access through the portal to enable cloud document storage features.
• Limited Scope: Google Drive access is strictly limited to permissions granted by the user to create, upload, and view documents used with the application. The system cannot access, view, or modify your personal or unrelated Google Drive files.
• Document Rights: You confirm that you have the necessary legal authority and client consent for all files, vouchers, receipts, and records stored in Google Drive through the service.
• Google Policies: Use of Google services is subject to applicable Google terms, including the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• Revocation: You may disconnect Google Drive at any time inside the application settings, or revoke access directly through your Google Account Security Settings.
• Effect of Revocation: Revoking access will disable features that rely on Google Drive storage (such as document uploads and sync), while leaving existing files safely in your Google Drive.

4. Document and Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all accounting records, tax documents, client information, and files uploaded through the service or stored in your connected Google Drive.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

The platform provides workflow management and tracking tools. Practitioners and clients remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their tax filings and meeting statutory deadlines.
