A product and a batch of reward-bearing QR codes are defined together — how many codes, which product, what each is worth — with every code generated as a unique, cryptographically secure identifier that can never be duplicated or guessed.
A dedicated desktop tool turns each code into a scannable label and sends it straight to a thermal label printer at the packing line, with automatic retry so a printer hiccup never means a lost code.
After buying the product, the customer finds the QR code on the package and scans it right from their phone browser. First-time users register in seconds with a mobile number and a PIN, verified by SMS OTP.
The moment a code is scanned, its reward value is added to the customer's balance. Every code can only ever be redeemed once — enforced at the database level, not just in the app.
Once a customer has collected enough codes, they request a payout to their UPI ID. Before the request goes through, the platform automatically checks that the UPI ID resolves to a valid, verified account.
The manufacturer's team reviews and approves the request from the admin dashboard, and the customer sees the payout reflected in their history, tracked from Requested through to Paid.
